Nico:Japanese people love `gyoza'. Especially `yaki-gyoza'. Yaki means fried. Gyoza is a type of pork dumpling. In China, boiled gyoza is more common. But Japanese people prefer fried.
Me and MJ fried some with hot plate for today's dinner.
They are unbelievably yummy.
I also love gyoza party.
I make different variety gyoza like mashed potato with cheese and ham sometimes mochi.
We want friends who will have gyoza party with us !!!
If you can teach me to make gyoza I will totally have a gyoza party with you one day, maybe back in Aus.
ReplyDeleteThe only type of gyoza I've ever made is ice-cream gyoza .. check it out.. so yummy.
